Bal Brach joined Mining Industry TV with an extensive background in news reporting. After graduating from Carleton University's School of Journalism and Communication, Bal began working as a writer for CTV's Canada AM. From there, she moved into producing and eventually reporting at CTV Ottawa before joining Canwest News Service (CNS). At CNS Bal helped launch the national breaking news desk covering everything from health, crime, business, sports, and politics. Her published work including stories on the Conrad Black trial and Omar Khadr, has appeared in the National Post, Montreal Gazette, Vancouver Sun, and the Ottawa Citizen. In the summer of 2008, the appeal of the west coast lured Bal back to Vancouver where she returned to television, reported for Global B.C. and worked behind the scenes as a producer for Global National. She is thrilled to be working with Chandran Media and Mining Industry TV.

Eric Morrison joined Mining Industry in January 2009 with an extensive background in film and television. After obtaining a Marketing degree from Universite de Moncton in his home province of New-Brunswick, Eric set out to pursue a filmmaking career in Vancouver. After graduating with honors from Vancouver Film School, Eric soon found himself directing, shooting and editing for MTV. Eric has also directed short and long format documentary and corporate projects and has shot ENG for CTV, Global, and the CBC. His freelance work has taken him to Brazil as the videographer for a world renowned horse trainer. As a host for segments on vancouveriam.com, Eric takes a special interest in music-related projects and directed his first music video in Summer 2008. Eric is excited to bring his dramatic and high-energy stylings to Chandran Media.

Craig Anderson comes to Mining Industry TV as an experienced media producer. He has worked on such programs as Off the Record with Michael Landsberg on TSN, The Royal Canadian AirFarce and The Red Green show on CBC, Room to Grow on HGTV, and 969 on CityTV and Razer. Additionally, he has written, directed, and edited numerous independent films.
After editing the first season of Mining Industry TV, Craig now enjoys producing the show and managing the production studio. Craig is excited to be a part of Chandran Media's dynamic team.

Graham brings a wealth of experience to Mining Industry TV as a business development manager. In his day to day role, he regularly meets with executives and mining companies to help create brand awareness. Graham has a proven track record of positioning companies to succeed. Prior to joining MITV, he spent three years as a corporate communications consultant for a number of mining companies. Graham has a solid reputation for integrating finance, communication, and marketing to enable the most effective two-way communication between a company and the financial community. Graham also spent six years working in media sales for CTV and Rogers Media. He is a graduate of the University of Victoria.
